About Molly Brookshire

I fell in love with analytics more than 20 years ago while working in international Just-In-Time (JIT) product planning in the automotive industry. I was fascinated by how data could tell a story about what was coming next—and how workflow strategy could lead to better business decisions.

That curiosity has stayed with me throughout my career, leading me to earn a Master’s Degree in Strategic Analytics and succeed in the Japanese Kaizen and German business environments. I’ve had the opportunity to work in both automotive manufacturing and aerospace maintenance and repair services, supporting multinational teams with product, sales, and profit forecasts. I value collaboration and clear communication, and find it truly rewarding to work alongside clients to find the most effective path forward and help businesses succeed.

I am based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, after having lived in Germany and traveled to more than a dozen countries. I enjoy bringing calculated insight to every workflow strategy – including my own golf game!
